There are a total of 6 air-conditioning units in the house, located in all bedrooms. These units share a separate electricity meter. The cost of air conditioning is paid at the end of the stay according to the actual consumption recorded on the air-conditioning meter (price per 1 kWh: €0.35). On the ground floor there is a sunbathing terrace with an outdoor shower and a storage cellar for supplies. In the shared kitchen on the first floor there is a stove with a ceramic glass cooktop (with a built-in convection oven), 3 refrigerators with freezers, plenty of kitchenware, and a small library with books about Croatia, Dalmatia, the Adriatic Sea, and the island of Brač. On this floor there is also a large shaded terrace with a common seating area. The spacious terrace on the second floor is partially shaded.

Paní Alba velice příjemná a milá paní, vysvětlila, poradila, zprostředkovala nám výlet lodí.
Ubytování pěkné, nově zrekonstruované, všude čisto a útulno, vybavení dostatečné. Informace z webu odpovídaly skutečnosti. Určitě se zase vrátíme.
Děkujeme moc za krásný týden na Albertině. Byla jsem zde již počtvrté a opět jsem se došla k tomu, že Albertina je svojí polohou, krásným prostředím a celkovou atmosférou, kterou zde dotváří majitelka paní Alba, je pro mě nejlepší místo v Chorvatsku a že se sem chci zase brzy vrátit. Klid, soukromí, krásné koupání v průzračném moři, vůně borovic a bylin, cikády, divoké chorvatské skály - to vše v kombinaci s komfortem útulného domu - to je něco, čím je Albertina zcela jedinečná a neopakovatelná!!! Těšíme se na příště.

Selca is dominated by an enormous neo-Roman parish church, as well as an open air gallery of busts and statues (a memorial to the Russian author Leo Tolstoy, the German politician Hans Dietrich Genscher, Pope John Paul II and a series of others). In the parish church there is a sculpture of the heart of Jesus, made by the famous sculptor Ivan Meštrović.
Near Selca, a series of hamlets form a collection of living miniature shepherd villages on the island of Brač. The ideal of this former shepherd region has not crumbled under the spirit of modern times.
