Complex consists of two detached houses, one 40 m2 and the other 50 m2. We rent them together as one unit. Each house has a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The terrace in front of the house is surrounded by nature. Each part of the terrace, garden, balcony and a bedroom has a panoramic sea view. The houses are fully furnished. Your outdoor gathering will be more comfortable with barbecues and pek . The wood and charcoal will be prepared for you.
The first house is 100-150 meters away. Distance from the sea is about 130-150 meters. There is also a part of your beach below the house. Access to the sea is enabled by the asphalted road to the sea and the stairs as seen in the picture .
Distance from Starigrad-Paklenica is cca 3000 meters. Starigrad-Paklenica offers a wide range of events and activities and there is also the beautiful Paklenica national park which you have a 5 min drive.Zadar is only 30 km away .In just an hours drive from us you can visit 3 national parks: Krka, North Velebit, Plitvice Lakes.
