If you decide to spend your holidays in a quiet sunny place, near the sea, with friends ou with your family (my wife and I were accompanied by our children and grand children), sure we can recommand you Zeki and Sanja's house. After a warm welcome, we could enjoy the beautiful shaded terrace, surrounded by a multitude of flowers and plants, and all the amenities that the house offers. Orebić, a former famous maritime centre, which the Maritime Museum bears witness to, is located right at the foot of Mount Sv. Ilija [Elijah] on the Pelješac peninsula opposite the island of Korčula. The beautiful sandy and pebble beaches sheltered from the wind, plenty of sunshine and good eno-gastro offer from the Pelješac vineyards (famous wine Dingač and Plavac...) guarantee a high quality holiday for every tourist.
For those who like active holidays, Pelješac offers various possibilities, surfing (an ideal position in the Pelješac channel), sailing, diving... Of course, it is possible to experience the wonderful natural surroundings on the hiking trails or by bike as well as hiking, especially on the highest Pelješac peak - Sv. Ilijah (961 m). And brave flyers can go leap of the high slopes of Sv. Ilija [Elijah], enjoying the flight and beautiful views of the Pelješac channel, many islands, Korčula, Mljet and Lastovo.
